BUGGO AI
Privacy policy line
BUGGO AI. If you turn on “Let BUGGO AI use my Buggs” (Family › Privacy), we send AI model providers, through the Vercel AI Gateway, what they need to generate picks and plans: your Ask Bugg questions (typed, or spoken and turned into text on your phone) and the area you are looking in, the words you say when you talk to fill in a Bugg, your family’s Buggs (Experience, Amenity answers and any note you wrote), your children’s Age Ranges, your Stroller Type, your nap window and your Trip’s city and dates if you set them, nearby places with their Family Scores and up to three recent notes only from families who have also switched BUGGO AI on, the weather for the day, and, for an Album story or a Postcard caption, your Buggs, Stickers, Plans and Trips in that Chapter. We never send your email address, your Family name, your children’s names or birth month and year, your device’s location, or any photo. You can turn this off at any time on Family › Privacy; turning it off stops new requests immediately (anything already generated stays until you delete it). Every request is sent with disallowPromptTraining, so no model provider may use it to train a model, and it only goes to providers on our approved list.
Your choice
- The first time you use BUGGO AI, we show you what is sent, to whom (AI model providers via the Vercel AI Gateway), and where to change your mind.
- You can switch it off any time in Family › Privacy with “Let BUGGO AI use my Buggs”.
- Every AI request is checked against your choice on our servers before a model is called, so turning it off takes effect on the very next request.
